Vans | 5th Avenue, New York, NY (2025)

This newly remodeled location opened in March of 2025 and served as the first physical expression of our Global Retail Marketing Playbook, that launched in late 2024. Completed in just five weeks, this prototype store brought updated consumer journey principles, zoning strategies, visual merchandising best practices, and creative guidelines to life in a flagship environment, creating a space to test and refine our new retail marketing strategy.
